The label inserter is a machine which will automatically roll a single sheet or
folded sheet and insert it into a tube. The system uses a commercial sheet feeder
(Streamfeeder) to feed the sheets into our patented gripper mechanism. The system
can hold hundreds of labels at a time and does not have to be stopped to load in
more labels. The tubes can be manually loaded at the same rate as the machine or
can be loaded into the optional hopper. The hopper will hold about 350 tubes. The
machine will run at about 1000 tubes per hour.
