SimmScope MOI is a manual optical inspection and image archiving system for printed circuit board assemblies. It increases the speed and accuracy of manual visual inspections at a fraction of the price of an AOI. Get all of the functionality of the SimmScope SOI except for the automatic positioning of the microscope. Both systems are fully compatible.

Description:

The system shows the operator where on the PCB the inspection point is located.
A Golden Board image is displayed next to the live image for visual comparison.
The images are automatically captured and stored as part of the post inspection report.
The system can be manually programmed or can import Gerber files and X-Y lists.
The operator compares the live image to the Golden Board Image and either passes of fails it.
A post inspection report can be generated for rework or to provide traceability.
